Michelle Nasser is the Founder and CEO of ExecQutive – The Executive Coaches Association, a bestselling author, and a leading expert in executive coaching.

Michelle has had a diverse and dynamic career spanning entrepreneurship, corporate transformation, and executive leadership. She began her career at the age of 18 as the youngest franchisee of Mac’s, where she developed a strong understanding of growth, strategy, and leadership. She later led policy change at the University of Toronto and drove operational transformation at Fortune 500 companies, before moving into CEO roles within consulting firms. Michelle has spent over a decade as an executive coach, elevating leaders and organizations across Canada, the United States, and the MENA region.

Michelle has served in board positions and is a financial planner, TEDx speaker coach, and change management expert. She is a recognized Woman of Influence, featured in business books and HR case studies for her contributions to the executive coaching field.

Her vision is to lead the executive coaching profession in a bold new direction through ExecQutive.
