Kunal Phalpher

Kunal Phalpher is a seasoned executive with over 15 years of leadership experience in the cleantech and critical minerals sectors. He has held a range of senior executive roles, including Chief Commercial Officer, Chief Strategy Officer, President, and SVP, Corporate Development, across both high-growth and startup organizations.

He played a pivotal role in scaling an organization to a successful listing on the New York Stock Exchange, demonstrating his ability to drive strategic growth, commercial expansion, and long-term enterprise value. His leadership is defined by strategic foresight, disciplined execution, and a strong commitment to building high-performing teams. Kunal holds a BASc in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Toronto. - Ontario -

Walid Koubaa

Walid Koubaa brings over three decades of executive leadership in banking and financial services, having driven institutional growth, strengthened operational resilience, and led strategic transformation across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. He has held senior leadership roles including International Regional General Manager – Gulf, Turkey & Belgium, CEO, Deputy CEO, and Chief Country Officer. 

 A transformational and globally minded leader, he is recognized for building high-performing institutions and navigating complex regulatory and cross-border environments. Walid pioneered the establishment of new banking models in the MENA region, shaping market expansion and contributing to the evolution of financial services across emerging economies. He is a graduate of the University of Science and Technology of Lille, France, and fluent in French, English, and Arabic. - Quebec -

Farhan Zaveri

Farhan Zaveri is a Senior Operational Excellence Executive with over 15 years of leadership experience across manufacturing, automotive, industrial, and distribution sectors in North America and the Middle East. His career has been defined by oversight of complex operations, extensive supplier networks, and strategic decisions carrying significant financial and risk implications.

Farhan has led enterprise-wide initiatives involving inventory optimization, contract governance, ERP implementation, and performance measurement — often during periods of disruption and transformation. Farhan holds an MSc in Production Engineering from The Ohio State University. A hands-on  leader, he is committed to mentoring teams and building operational cultures grounded in accountability, performance, and continuous improvement. - Ontario -

Carla Reale

Carla Reale currently serves as Vice President, People & Culture at Heartland Mutual Insurance. She brings 30 years of progressive Human Resources and transformational leadership experience across the pharmaceutical, biotech, financial services, and insurance sectors within complex Canadian organizations. She has spearheaded diverse leadership development initiatives and built coaching cultures where both people and organizations thrive.

Carla is an Executive Coach.  She has earned her Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation with the International Coaching Federation and holds an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University. Carla is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) and a Prosci Change Practitioner.  She is passionate about wellness and its direct impact on leadership effectiveness. She holds a PN1 Certification with a focus on nutrition, sleep, stress management, and recovery, and champions wellbeing as a foundation for high performance. - Ontario -
